You can change the PIN code of your Visa credit card at any ATM in Switzerland. If you have lost your PIN code, you can ask for a new one in the "one" app of Viseca. You can also contact our Customer Care service by email at customercare@cimbanque.ch.

All the transactions made on websites compatible with 3-D Secure are secured and need you to validate the payment through the "one" app of Viseca or with a code sent by SMS.
