Significant changes in corporate governance disclosures

As of May 1, 2024, the composition of the Board of Directors of CIM Banque SA has changed. The Bank has announced the replacement of Mr Guy Von der Weid (Board member) by Mr Michel Vorlet, former Chief Executive Officer of the Bank until April 30, 2024, who has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Konstantina Athanasakou, previously Director and Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, became a Board member on May 1, 2024. Mrs. Konstantina Athanasakou remains Chairman of the Audit Committee.

On the same date, the Bank's General Management also changed, with the appointment of Mr. Gabriele Ruffa, a member of the Executive Committee, as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, succeeding Mr. Michel Vorlet, who has retired.

These changes have been approved by FINMA.
